An outline of our initial complimentary site visit, design concepts consultation and estimate*  is presented for your review with discussion of details, equipment, functions, features, pricing, process, timelines and contract options.

This is when you select an option for moving forward with further design development*, construction services and delivery of your project. We offer multiple options. 

Initial Concepts are further developed into detailed construction plans, specifications, engineering and permit processing documents are prepared and finalized for submittal. 

Building Permit applications are submitted. Construction documents, specifications, time schedules, selections and purchase orders are finalized and approved for mobilization.

Following our proven construction process for a timely project experience, your Expert Construction Team is mobilized to systematically deliver your Signature Exterior  with care and communications as planned.
