purposely avoiding high-volume, retail sales operation practices.

Beginning in 1984, founder and director Chris Newington personally brings more than 40 years of firsthand experience across architectural and specialized systems design, construction, development, and engineering to the creation of considered custom luxury residential and distinctive outdoor environments.

Under Newington's leadership, operations are conducted on the foundation of his deep experience and direct involvement, qualified judgment, and a clear understanding of how projects move from early concept through design, documentation, and construction, resulting in well-considered design, properly executed delivery, and enduring performance.

Our role is not simply to present possibilities, but to help clients understand their project, its considerations, and the decisions required to execute it well.

With more than 25 years working locally throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the Sonoran Desert, Signature understands the region’s properties, conditions, materials, and construction realities.
