An initial conversation, acquainting, reviewing your interests and plans, a meeting and discussion for alignment, followed by an assessment and inspection of site conditions, considerations, possibilities, discussion on budgets, process requirements, time frames, and costs.

An outline of our initial complimentary site review, design concepts, and considerations, with an accompanying estimate*  is presented for your review and further discussion of details (functions, finishes, features, process, timelines and options), confirming 'next step' alignment.

This is when a decision is made for further design development*. Design intent is aligned and reconciled with compliance requirements and pre-construction services in these initial phases of delivery to ensure a functional outdoor space and structured process.

Conceptual design imagery is further developed and translated into detailed construction plans and construction documents for building, with specifications, structural engineering details and processing documents are prepared and finalized for committee and agency submittal and review for required approval and permit issuance . 

Committee approvals, Building Permit reviews and revisions are verified and finalized, logistical planning and coordination are confirmed and verified. Finalized construction documents, specifications and time schedules are distributed, selections and purchase orders are finalized, and site mobilization is scheduled.
